I’m a results-driven digital payments and fintech professional with over a decade of experience across banking, telecommunications, and fintech. I specialize in digital payments, agency banking, fintech product development, and regulatory compliance—translating strategy into measurable adoption and operational performance.

In my current role as Business Development Manager at Cellulant Tanzania Limited, I drive revenue growth through comprehensive business development strategies and market expansion. I lead partnership leadership with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), banks, major merchants, and e-commerce platforms, then manage the full sales lifecycle to onboard key accounts and grow transaction volumes on the Tingg platform.

Earlier, at Equity Bank Tanzania Limited, I managed super agent and sub agent recruitment, target setting, and performance for the super agent platform. I also helped introduce token withdraw and facilitated successful adoption across multiple Equity Bank subsidiaries, alongside compliance training and securing regulatory approvals.

My experience also includes leading agency banking and digital platform rollout, including computer channel to agent (WEB) and agent interoperability with Mixx by Yass. I’ve overseen payment department strategy, KPI setting, and digital strategy implementation, and I bring a strong ethos of stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and data-informed decision-making.
