I'm looking for a customer-facing or administrative role where I can keep operations organized, provide accurate and positive client support, and apply my data-entry, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

At Axis Therapy & Performance, I manage scheduling, patient registration, chart management, provider calendars, insurance claims, and client follow-ups using JaneApp. I help create a welcoming experience in person, by phone, and via email while keeping daily clinic operations organized.

I've also supported customers at Apple and Tim Hortons, providing personalized solutions, troubleshooting, accurate order processing, and team training. My Biotechnology education strengthened my data validation, statistical analysis, reporting, and documentation skills.
