As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), I own enterprise-wide revenue strategy and execution for a national legal marketing and lead-generation platform. I lead Sales, Client Success, Pricing, Retention, and Revenue Operations with full GTM accountability—unifying Sales, Client Success, and Revenue Operations to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and cross-functional execution across a ~$100M+ revenue base.
I’ve redesigned pricing, packaging, and contract structures to support multi-month commitments, tiered service levels, and price-capture initiatives—improving revenue predictability and retention. I also led CRM (HubSpot) redesign to establish consistent inputs, dashboards, and reporting for real-time visibility into pacing, churn risk, expansion opportunities, and unit economics.
Previously, at Thomson Reuters (TR) I led a 150+ member sales organization to deliver $500M in revenue and exceed $90M in annual sales targets in Legal Digital Marketing. Earlier roles included Senior Director and Director positions where I managed large-revenue portfolios (up to $4B) and led deal desk management, client negotiations, SaaS and cloud pricing strategy, and post-acquisition integrations—generating major revenue growth and improving client retention.
