What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role in fintech/payments where I can own operations and compliance, optimize processes, and guide cross-team delivery of products—using data analysis to improve growth, quality, and decision-making.

I’m a senior operations leader in fintech and payments, focused on planning, implementation, and product/process development. Most recently, I drove the planning and implementation of a cashback payment system (DEDIPAY), coordinating internal and external IT teams and managing operational readiness end to end.

Across my career, I’ve owned quality management, compliance concepts, reporting and controlling for business growth, and training course implementation. At FINTECH PAYMENT SOLUTIONS AG, I managed market operations and project delivery for city integration, campaign procedures, and the development of IT tools to connect cities to the marketplace.

Before that, I built operational excellence at Western Union—handling documentation, partner activation, technology implementation, and operational point-of-contact responsibilities. I’m also strengthening my analytics capability through my Data Scientist period, applying Python, machine learning, NLP, and evaluation pipelines to turn operational and business data into clearer decisions.
