As Head of Controlling, I oversee the entire controlling system, focusing on visual communication and task delegation across departments. My role involves maintaining HubSpot for analytics, providing insights through complex reports, and conducting comprehensive data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

As a Business Operations Specialist, I supported project managers and clients by analyzing processes for optimization, managing financial risks, and preparing documentation for audits. I worked closely with the controlling team to ensure project success.

In this role, I managed financial planning and project budgets for multinational clients, ensuring quality control and risk management. I collaborated with various teams to deliver financial reports and support project execution.

As an Academic Lecturer, I taught courses on business structures and economy, enhancing my academic knowledge while preparing students in various disciplines such as marketing management and information security.

As a Credit & Collections Analyst, I focused on portfolio management and risk analysis, achieving high collection rates on accounts. I implemented automated processes in SAP and maintained relationships with clients to ensure timely payments.

Accountable for the whole controlling system in the company, my main focus is Visual Communication based on delegating the tasks between responsible people across various departments. Working with an excellent knowledge within the areas of financial controlling, project controlling, sales and marketing controlling, operational controlling, risk management and strategic controlling.
