I’ve spent the last 8+ years working where business, data and operations collide—usually in environments that are growing fast, a bit messy, and in need of clarity.

What I’m really good at is helping companies understand what’s actually going on beneath the surface. Not just reporting numbers, but connecting the dots between revenue, operations, and performance so leadership can make better decisions with confidence.

In my current role, I built a performance and analytics setup from scratch—bringing together financial and operational data into something people across the company actually use. It changed how teams plan, how leadership prioritizes, and how quickly the business can react.

Before that, I worked across large international project environments, managing budgets, identifying risks early, and simplifying complex financial data so it becomes useful in day-to-day decisions—not just in reports.

I tend to naturally step into roles where things aren’t fully structured yet. I enjoy figuring out what’s missing, building systems that make sense, and working closely with different teams to make sure those systems actually stick.

Tools-wise, I’m comfortable across BI, finance and CRM environments (Power BI, SQL, SAP, HubSpot), but what matters more to me is impact—whether what I build actually helps people work smarter and make better calls.

Outside of that, I have a PhD background and experience teaching, which probably explains why I care a lot about making complex topics easy to understand and actionable.

I’m particularly interested in roles where I can work closely with leadership, have real influence on how the business operates, and help scale something that’s still evolving.
