Customer Support Specialist
As a seasoned Customer Support Specialist with over 5 years of experience in e-commerce, fintech, and BPO industries, I possess a unique blend of skills that enable me to provide top-notch support to customers. My expertise lies in phone and chat support, problem-solving, and effective communication, with a particular emphasis on assisting non-tech-savvy customers and ensuring high satisfaction.
