As a seasoned Customer Support Specialist with over 5 years of experience in e-commerce, fintech, and BPO industries, I possess a unique blend of skills that enable me to provide top-notch support to customers. My expertise lies in phone and chat support, problem-solving, and effective communication, with a particular emphasis on assisting non-tech-savvy customers and ensuring high satisfaction.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with various companies, including TTEC Sta. Rosa - Revolut, Lime Vizio, Teleperformance Philippines, and Home Credit Philippines. In these roles, I have developed a strong ability to answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate issues when necessary. My experience has also taught me the importance of adaptability, sales and service, and problem-solving in a fast-paced customer support environment.
