What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a sales or business development role where I can build customer relationships, generate leads, manage CRM processes, and contribute to growth in e-commerce, digital services, or technology.

I've built customer and partner relationships across Uber Eats, Holidu, Hays, Bark, Zalando, Amazon CSS, and Ratepay. My work spans cold outreach, sales conversations, onboarding restaurant partners, appointment setting, and CRM maintenance.

At Uber Eats, I acquired and onboarded new restaurant partners onto the platform. At Hays and Bark, I used active sourcing and cold acquisition to connect freelance IT specialists and recruiting services with partner companies.

I've also supported payment and customer-service operations at Amazon CSS and Ratepay, coordinated with stakeholders and merchant content vendors at Zalando, trained new team members, and improved processes within my assigned tasks. I bring experience in sales, e-commerce, content management, social media marketing, and digital sales.
