I'm currently founded Amotusgroup, A talent and recruitment firm, where I offer the service of sourcing , screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for client vacancies. I coordinate interviews, conduct preliminary candidate interviews, and support recruitment from talent sourcing through placement.

Previously, at Jadesteph Travel and Tours Limited, I managed employee records and HR documentation while supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance appraisals, and staff development.

My earlier work includes supporting a CEO at Davsay Properties through calendar management, travel coordination, confidential communications, and project follow-through. I also managed branch operations, inventory, customer concerns, staff training, sales, and financial processes in a management role.

I bring practical experience in candidate engagement, CV evaluation, professional relationship-building, administration, customer relations, and targeted sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
