I’m a Computer Science graduate with hands-on experience in IT support, customer support, and enterprise technology operations. I currently serve as an IT Support Intern (NYSC) at Fidson Healthcare, delivering first-line technical support through phone, remote, and on-site assistance.
In my role, I troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, printer, and account-related issues to minimize downtime. I support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory with password resets, account unlocks, and user administration, while installing and configuring Windows 11 Pro, Microsoft Office, printer drivers, and licensed enterprise software.
I also deliver remote support using AnyDesk, RustDesk, and TeamViewer, and I educate users on technical solutions and preventive best practices. Through network printer setup and print spooler/connectivity troubleshooting, I help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
My project work includes GlobalComm CRM (Salesforce), where I configured Salesforce objects, cases, flows, Lightning App Builder, validation rules, and reports. I’m passionate about using technology to solve problems, improve user experiences, and deliver dependable support.
