In my current server role at Doughbird, I focus on exceptional hospitality by using menu knowledge (including allergens) to provide personalized recommendations and answer questions, while also upholding strict safety and sanitation protocols.

Previously at Turo Inc., I worked as a Claims Associate by reviewing documentation for errors or missing information, making and clearly communicating the final decision regarding coverage, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, and communicating directly with customers and third-party vendors to prevent miscommunications. I also supported internal communications and helped maintain a shared knowledge base, ensuring brand voice and tone consistency.

Earlier, at Topgolf, I delivered clear communication in a high-volume environment, coordinated workflow with team members, and maintained messaging consistency across promotions, policies, and the guest experience.
