Over the last few years, I have consistently worked at the intersection of customer experience and backend operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly while customers receive timely, professional, and solution-focused support. I’ve developed a strong knack for looking at a chaotic queue, organizing it, and executing problem-solving strategies independently.
