I am a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate with distinction and practical experience in customer support for a global e-commerce platform. I bring one year of BPO experience delivering high-volume chat and email support, resolving account, order, payment, and shipment issues while consistently meeting performance metrics.

I have hands-on IT support experience from an OJT with a local Agriculture Office, where I troubleshot software and hardware issues and translated technical concepts for non-technical staff. I also developed and published a web-based farmer information management system as part of research work.
