What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Service Manager / Product Operations Specialist with a track record of improving day-to-day operations, supporting teams, and solving problems quickly. Since Oct 2021, I’ve focused on customer service leadership alongside product operations, building reliable workflows and helping ensure the right outcomes for customers and internal teams.
