I am an email marketing manager with hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing promotional, triggered, and transactional campaigns for a large retail organization. I drive performance through segmentation, personalization, and rigorous A/B testing while owning campaign strategy and calendar management.

At Sam's Club I partnered with copywriters, designers, legal, product, and engineering to ensure clear, on-brand messaging and accurate execution, and I reviewed and tested campaigns to ensure correct rendering across devices. I analyzed campaign data against company KPIs and provided actionable insights to leadership to improve results.

In merchandise and item lifecycle work I facilitated open communication across cross-functional partners, managed large co-op budgets and cost-bust efforts, and owned item creation and category decisions based on business needs. I also contributed to training, onboarding, and hiring to strengthen team capabilities.

Earlier roles in title services and real estate marketing sharpened my process optimization, client communication, and content creation skills. I hold an MBA in International Business and emphasize organized, detail-oriented execution with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
