I’m looking to lead secure enterprise IT operations—improving service delivery, reliability, and cloud/cybersecurity while guiding teams and delivering dependable end-user support.

I’m a results-driven IT leader with 10+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure, end-user computing, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity initiatives. I focus on troubleshooting, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration to keep business-critical environments running smoothly.

In recent roles, I’ve provided Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across multiple locations, managing Microsoft 365 resources, user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory administration. I install, configure, and maintain endpoints and peripherals, and I coordinate vendors and end users to resolve technical issues while supporting healthcare technology compliance.
