I am an IT leader with 10+ years owning end-to-end IT operations, service delivery, and global infrastructure for fast-paced, remote-first organizations. I balance hands-on technical execution with strategic leadership, driving process improvements, compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI), and measurable reliability and security gains.

I have built and mentored distributed teams, standardized service management and onboarding, and led tooling and endpoint programs (MDM, M365, Addigy/JAMF/Intune).
