I want a collaborative role in sustainable tourism or service design where I can combine strategic planning with hands‑on delivery to create impactful customer experiences.

I am a service management and tourism professional with a Master’s degree in Management and Design of Services from the University of Milano‑Bicocca. I combine academic rigor with hands‑on experience in tourism operations, sales, and community projects.

I co‑founded an agricultural cooperative producing organic extra virgin olive oil, managing sustainability initiatives and local tourism promotion, and I currently provide consultative sales support for utilities and telecom through Mavriq. My background includes managing tourist experiences, rentals, and immersive virtual-real tours in Matera and Valencia.

I have a proven record of designing and delivering memorable customer experiences—onboard group activities, Airbnb private experiences, and immersive guided tours—while building partnerships with local suppliers and sector businesses. My skills span service design, customer relations, event coordination, and digital tools such as MS Office and social networks.
