I am a hospitality and tourism professional with solid experience in restaurant operations, customer service, staff coordination, and tourism-related activities. Since 2023, I have been working as CO-FOUNDER & OPERATIONS MANAGER at Campa Tenerife, overseeing the day-to-day operations of tourist van rentals, bookings, international customer care, logistics, and daily problem solving. At the same time, I coordinate operational activities to ensure continuity and deliver a consistent customer experience.
Previously, from 2021 to 2023, I worked as CHEF & KITCHEN SUPERVISOR at El MedVeg, where I managed kitchen operations, staff, ordering processes, quality control, and HACCP standards in a restaurant handling intense tourist traffic. From 2019 to 2021, as STORE MANAGER at La Piadineria, I was responsible for the complete management of the store, including cashier operations, staff scheduling, operational organization, and customer service.
I also bring a strong entrepreneurial mindset: from 2015 to 2017, I worked as FOUNDER & CO-OWNER of a food retail store and e-commerce business, managing customers, suppliers, logistics, administration, and HACCP compliance. My background in both front-of-house and kitchen operations, combined with experience in hospitality management, bookings, and customer experience supervision, allows me to turn operations into concrete and measurable results.
