Elsona Sinanaj

I am a multilingual customer service professional with a Bachelor in English Language and a Master's from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Foreign Languages. I combine academic training in English with practical front-line experience in hospitality and customer support.

I have worked as a receptionist in Greece and as an English-speaking operator and customer service representative with Eurotrades Security and Teleperformance Albania, gaining experience in client interaction, issue resolution, and service delivery.

I bring excellent organizational skills, strong written and spoken English (CEFR C1), and basic French knowledge. I am comfortable using Word and PowerPoint and hold a category B car driving licence.
