At LOADSMART INC., I directed global IT operations for a distributed organization of 650+ employees across 5+ countries, covering service desk, asset lifecycle, procurement, licensing, and vendor relations.
I governed enterprise SaaS systems including Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, MDM, and Slack, and enforced zero-trust access controls with automated onboarding and offboarding. I also oversaw network infrastructure and hardware lifecycle standards supporting 99.9%+ workplace service reliability.
At RESULTADOS DIGITAIS (RD STATION), I built the enterprise Service Desk from the ground up, established ITIL workflows and performance SLAs, and led identity and security initiatives. Earlier, I founded StormIT, providing infrastructure architecture, network design, and virtualization consulting.
