I seek a role combining HR operations and legal compliance where I can improve processes, ensure regulatory adherence, and enhance employee experience.

I am an experienced HR Generalist and Legal Compliance professional with a background in labour law and practical HR operations, holding a BL and HR training certifications. I combine legal training with hands-on HR delivery across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

In my roles at Tespire LLC and Shelta Panacea Ltd., I drove recruitment and onboarding processes, drafted and reviewed employment contracts and NDAs, liaised with government agencies (CAC, FIRS, PENCOM, NSITF, NMDPR, BPP), and conducted internal HR and legal audits to ensure statutory filings and regulatory compliance.
