What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-first operations role where I can manage reservations, coordinate schedules and inventory, and grow into broader operations leadership with a supportive team.

I’m an operations and housekeeping executive with experience running day-to-day workflows that keep teams and customers moving smoothly. In my current role with Radisson Blu, I focus on directing operations and maintaining strong housekeeping standards to support an organized, high-quality guest experience.

Previously, I’ve managed reservations and property-related operations at U-Haul, handling daily phone calls, data entry, routing, scheduling, account management, and U-Haul property management. I’ve also supported sales and store execution as a Sales Lead Manager at ANN INC. and as a Customer Service/Sales Associate at Bed Bath & Beyond, where I handled customer checkouts/returns, inventory, shipments, bank deposits, and consistent communication through interviews and daily emails.
