I’m looking for a role where I can deliver luxury-level customer support remotely, manage reservations and CRM workflows, and resolve issues quickly—while growing through operations, marketing, or project delivery with multicultural collaboration.

I’m a highly adaptable, detail-oriented professional specializing in luxury customer experience and client-facing support across global, remote, and hybrid settings. I provide end-to-end guidance from first inquiry through resolution, with a strong focus on empathy, active listening, and personalized service.

In my current role, I support 400+ international customers by managing purchasing and shipping processes while handling multiple requests at once.
