I’m looking for a role where I can own a territory or book of business, run consultative sales end-to-end, and partner with operations to improve efficiency. I want to present clear ROI-focused solutions to executive decision-makers.

I’m a results-driven sales and business development professional with more than 20 years of experience leading operations, growing client relationships, negotiating complex agreements, and driving revenue. I’m known for quickly mastering new industries and turning that momentum into measurable growth.

In my current role as Territory Manager at Smash My Trash, I’ve been recognized as the company’s top-performing Territory Manager for two consecutive years. I develop and manage a multi-county territory across manufacturing, construction, logistics, and industrial markets, using consultative selling to build relationships with plant managers, operations leaders, business owners, and executive decision-makers.

I focus on managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting through implementation and ongoing account management—while delivering executive-level presentations on operational improvements, sustainability, and ROI. I also conduct operational assessments to identify cost savings and efficiency improvements, and I negotiate contracts while consistently exceeding performance expectations.

Before transitioning fully into sales leadership, I progressed from clinical dental assisting into practice management across busy dental practices from 2000–2024, building leadership, revenue cycle, and patient experience strengths. I’ve also earned a Georgia Real Estate License and spent 10+ years representing buyers and sellers, developing marketing campaigns, coordinating complex transactions, and negotiating through closing—skills that directly reinforce how I serve customers and partners today.
