What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Experience Executive who manages inbound/outbound calls and chat support for financial account inquiries and overdue payments. I help customers understand their bills, offer payment solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate account updates and timely collections.
I’ve also worked as a Real Estate Specialist / Virtual Assistant—handling cold calling (inbound and outbound), qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments. I supported lead nurturing through email marketing and client communication, while coordinating with agents to maintain accurate property listings.
In earlier roles, I handled customer inquiries, billing concerns, and service troubleshooting for U.S.-based clients as a Customer Service Representative.
