I’m an English Translation and Interpreting graduate with a pedagogical formation in English teaching, focused on helping people communicate clearly across languages and contexts. Through my studies, I strengthened my grounding in localization, machine translation, and legal translation, with an emphasis on accuracy and usability.

In my current Call Center role at Yücelen Hospital, I handle patient inquiries and appointment scheduling via phone and email. I provide accurate information about hospital services and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional tone under fast-paced conditions.

Earlier, I completed an Intern-Translation & International Trade position where I processed and organized data sets to improve accuracy and support timely deliverables. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, documented technical procedures for knowledge sharing, and helped maintain consistent workflows.

I also gained service experience as a Waitress in a luxury hospitality environment, assisting international guests in English to ensure satisfaction and comfort. I bring a detail-oriented, adaptable approach to every interaction, and I’m seeking remote opportunities to leverage language, communication, and problem-solving skills.
