What I'm looking for

I'm looking for fully remote work aligned with European hours or US Eastern hours (8am–5pm ET).

At Genie Prep, I managed a portfolio of 100+ clients in online professional exam preparation, supporting them from discovery calls and onboarding through check-ins, issue resolution, and retention.

I ran 20+ calls a week and created personalized onboarding plans. I also re-engaged inactive clients, helped clients who missed their goals build new plans, and followed up with successful clients for reviews and testimonials.

I managed community engagement across Discord, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit, and resolved account access and two-factor authentication issues. I analyzed check-in data and shared customer feedback with marketing, alongside monthly sales and outreach reports.

Previously, at AGAS Manufacturing Group, I handled B2B inquiries, prepared quotes, closed deals, and tracked client records and pipeline activity in Salesforce. I also bring experience supporting clients through legal matters, a Master's in Business Law, and fluency in English, French, and Arabic.
