What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an HR coordinator role where I can lead onboarding and training, run accurate payroll and timekeeping, strengthen compliance and ethics processes, and partner with investigators to improve employee experiences.

I’m an HR and Training professional with over 7 years of experience blending corporate training design with comprehensive human resources operations. I’m known for keeping applicant and employee processes accurate, organized, and confidential from start to finish.

In my most recent role as an HR Coordinator & Trainer, I coordinated center applicant flow from sourcing through selection. I handled reference checks, criminal background checks, drug testing tracking, and new-hire employment paperwork, ensuring onboarding moves seamlessly and on time.

I also serve as a payroll representative by processing payroll in accordance with legal and corporate standards. Alongside that, I manage time clock training, resolve employee pay inquiries, and monitor the performance evaluation schedule so 90-day and annual reviews are completed accurately.

Because compliance matters to me, I’ve partnered with internal investigators and corporate compliance teams during audit functions, while strictly upholding company ethics programs and the Standard/Code of Conduct. I deliver training (including Basic Computer Training) and support the HR operations that keep documentation, benefits metrics, and employee records audit-ready.
