What I'm looking for
I’m a bilingual HR and administrative professional with 10+ years supporting human resources operations, employee relations, onboarding, payroll, compliance, training coordination, and workforce engagement in fast-paced environments. I partner with leadership teams to support employees through HR processes and to build positive employee experiences.
In my current role, I maintain accurate and compliant employee time and attendance records and support HR processes including onboarding, interviewing, orientation, and I-9 completion. I also manage FMLA and leave administration, coordinate safety refreshers and training sessions, track and report operational metrics for leadership, and lead employee-focused events and engagement initiatives.
