Ela Düzova

I'm building SEA Representation, an Albania-registered sales representation company connecting international DMC partners with Southeast Asian travel trade. I develop buyer engagement, agency outreach, trade exposure, and market-entry strategies across key Southeast Asian source markets.

Previously, I founded and led Venn Tour Balkan DMC across Montenegro, Serbia, and Albania. I managed a multicultural team of up to 30 professionals while overseeing commercial, operational, financial, and brand functions across three countries.

I represented the Balkans at more than 50 international travel fairs, B2B workshops, and fam trips, building agency and operator relationships across luxury leisure, groups, and MICE travel. I also developed partnerships serving travelers from more than 30 countries and maintained regional operations through COVID-19 disruption.

Across 15+ years in tourism, I've worked in destination management, MICE operations, outbound and inbound travel, business development, marketing, and event coordination. I bring hands-on experience opening markets, building commercial partnerships, and leading cross-cultural travel businesses.
