I’m looking for a senior role where I can drive strategic growth, stabilize and scale commercial execution, and build partner ecosystems—partnered with strong stakeholders—inside a fast-paced, highly matrixed global environment.

I’m a senior commercial/business development leader with 10+ years of experience driving multi-market growth, organizational transformation, and partner ecosystem development. I combine commercial execution with capability building so teams and partners can accelerate performance, product adoption, and market expansion.

In my current role as Regional Manager Thailand and Indonesia, I own full commercial performance and lead a multi-layer team to deliver against revenue, margin, and growth KPIs. I executed a full team restructuring within the first 4 months, stabilized commercial delivery amid market volatility, and strengthened the talent pipeline through mentoring that led to a promotion.

Previously, as Head of Campus and Partner Educational Initiatives at HBX Group, I designed and launched the “Campus” strategic capability platform to increase partner engagement and commercial growth. I secured Executive Committee approval, led cross-functional pilot execution, developed scalable engagement formats, and launched the first HBX Group-branded classroom at Felipe Moreno Tourism School in Mallorca.

Earlier, I built and scaled global learning and development programs that directly supported transformation and business outcomes. I co-designed and deployed a 9-month Leadership Program for 450 people leaders, created coaching and wellbeing initiatives, and trained 900+ employees through blended learning (digital + instructor-led) while operating comfortably in highly matrixed international environments.
