What I'm looking for

I’m returning to the workforce and looking for a senior Customer Success role in enterprise SaaS/cybersecurity. I want ownership of renewals and adoption, strong QBR cadence, and opportunities to grow accounts with data-driven expansion.

I’m a Customer Success professional with 8+ years of experience across APAC in SaaS, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions. I’m known for driving 95–97% renewal rates, increasing product adoption, and expanding enterprise accounts through strong stakeholder management and disciplined QBR execution.

Most recently as a Senior Customer Success Manager (APAC) at Forcepoint, I managed enterprise accounts across China & Hong Kong and guided complex security and business requirements. I led QBRs with senior stakeholders to align security goals, identify optimization opportunities, and develop success plans with KPIs that improved account health and engagement.

Previously at Splunk, I managed 150+ enterprise accounts across ANZ, increasing user adoption by 60% to improve engagement and retention. I also increased Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by identifying expansion opportunities and aligning solutions to business outcomes, partnering cross-functionally to mitigate churn risk and drive renewals.

Earlier in my career, I led adoption and renewal outcomes across the enterprise Atlassian portfolio at ServiceRocket and delivered scalable Salesforce and Google Workspace implementations as a Business Analyst & Renewals Manager. I also built and managed Timani Candle Co., which sharpened my end-to-end execution mindset—so I bring both commercial rigor and practical ownership to every customer relationship.
