At Justos Consultoría y Servicios de Seguros, I led Spanish local operations for a Brazilian insurtech, owning People Operations, financial operations, vendors, systems and processes.

I managed the full employee lifecycle in Spain, from hiring and onboarding through payroll, benefits, employee support and offboarding. I also partnered with international teams on treasury, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, tax payments, financial close and audits.

I supported operations in Brazil and the Cayman Islands, including payments, taxes, reimbursements, Oracle ERP and financial reporting, while managing more than 300 monthly claims in Brazil. I contributed to Oracle ERP implementation through requirements definition, UAT, data validation, issue coordination, automation and reporting improvements.

Previously at TTR Transactional Track Record, I led a LatAm transactions team and analyzed M&A, capital markets and corporate finance activity across Latin America. I combine business analysis, team guidance and cross-functional project coordination in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
