At Xperi (TiVo), I own UI behaviour requirements and product copy for TiVo OS, a connected TV platform shipping across multiple hardware variants and 33+ locales. I translate product intent into unambiguous, testable specifications that engineering and QA can use as a build reference.

I've established AI-assisted workflows for specification production and documentation, reducing review cycles from six to two while improving clarity between specs and implementation. I also created Figma AI-readiness conventions that help design teams produce machine-legible files for reliable spec drafting.

I bring a localisation and copy lens to design reviews, identifying string-expansion, RTL, label ambiguity, undefined states, and edge cases before handoff. I conduct usability testing, shape interaction and naming decisions, and publish customer-facing TiVo Support content for non-technical users.

Previously, I led content strategy and Help Centre information architecture at Kneip, migrated Ericsson documentation to Ixiasoft DITA CMS with Ammeon, and produced single-sourced help and multimedia content for Ivanti. Across 15+ years, I've built content systems, UX writing standards, training, and support experiences that make complex products easier to use.
