Ludovico Galassi

I'm developing user-centred digital experiences through interaction and product design at NCAD Dublin. My work spans research, wireframes, interactive prototypes, detailed web and mobile mock-ups, and usability testing.

For my MA thesis, Makers, Not Managers, I interviewed and tested an AI-agent concept with craftspeople at Blackhall Place. I designed VUI flows in Figma, built and iterated a working prototype, and used usability findings to reshape the product for different user groups.

I also designed the UI/UX for a lifelong-learning public-service redesign with Ireland's DPER, balancing user needs with institutional strategy and policy constraints. Alongside product work, my freelance graphic design and stakeholder-facing roles have strengthened my visual communication, workshop, and presentation skills.
