I’m looking for a product-focused team where I can own content strategy end-to-end—help center, UX writing, governance, and measurable self-service growth—using analytics and AI workflows while keeping editorial standards and collaboration at the core.

I’m a Senior UX Writer & Content Strategist with 15+ years bridging technical environments and user-facing communication. I turn complex product and operational knowledge into clear help center experiences, onboarding flows, and documentation that users actually trust.

At Holded, I defined and executed content strategy and documentation across Help Center, in-app content, and onboarding for a B2B SaaS platform used by 100K+ people. I increased self-service by 30% and reduced support tickets by 15% through UX writing, information architecture, and scalable content governance.

I don’t just write—I build the systems behind the work. I design taxonomy and naming, author UX and product content (including user flows), define style guides and editorial standards, and use content analytics to spot gaps in search and usage.
