Edward Restelli

I am completing a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems at the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business (May 2025), with coursework in statistics, database systems, big data & AI, and cloud computing.

As a Property Intern, I managed six properties totaling roughly 2,100 units and performed full-time leasing agent duties (solo on property Saturdays). I coordinated directly with management, maintenance, third-party contractors, and residents, and reported deficiencies and resident concerns to the CRM to help ensure legal compliance.

In IT roles I inventoried and prepared 40+ computer units for surplus sale, researched NIST-compliant data destruction solutions, and worked remotely while maintaining device and PII security for the CIO. As a self-employed operator, I acquire, refurbish, and sell technology and vehicles from auctions, managing procurement, logistics, sales, and legal compliance.

I also compiled campus-wide reports of security and lighting systems and resolved urgent facility issues as part of an inventory crew. I bring hands-on technical troubleshooting, asset management, and a commitment to compliance and efficient operations, grounded in leadership experience as an Eagle Scout.
