What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an HR role where I can apply my interpersonal skills, operational knowledge, and collaborative support to talent management, employee relations, and organizational success.

At Northwestern Mutual, I recruited financial advisors through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Handshake, writing targeted job descriptions and managing outreach.

I conducted 20–25 initial interviews weekly, completed roughly 300 outreach efforts per week, and coordinated candidate handoffs with office leadership.
