I’m looking for a B2B SaaS Sales Development team where I can own KPIs/OKRs, run disciplined multi-channel prospecting, handle objections, and grow my pipeline skills through measurable targets and fast feedback.

I’m a bilingual outreach and coordination professional (Spanish C2 / English C1) with hands-on experience converting cold leads into scheduled appointments through multi-channel communication: cold calling, email, and messaging. I’m metrics- and results-driven, and I’m comfortable working with high contact volumes while still meeting daily targets.

In my current Patient Care Coordinator role, I manage an active pipeline of contacts in ClickUp—logging every interaction, next step, and case status—and I run B2B outreach to insurers and healthcare providers to verify eligibility, benefits, and authorizations. I also coordinate multi-channel workflows using Klara, 3CX, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365, keeping response times below team standards.

Before that, I strengthened my data hygiene and stakeholder communication skills through high-volume claims data entry (maintaining 98%+ accuracy under strict deadlines) and data entry/verification against quality and productivity metrics.
