I’m a healthcare and revenue cycle management professional focused on accurate insurance verification, clean documentation, and timely claim resolution. I bring bilingual communication strengths that help me support patients and teams with clarity and professionalism.
In my current role as an RCM Specialist at Health Prime in Medellín, I maintain accurate patient insurance records and documentation, process account adjustments and insurance hierarchy updates, and follow up on insurance denials to support timely claim resolution and payment processing. I’m practical and detail-driven, especially when work depends on accuracy and fast turnaround.
Earlier, I strengthened my operational and customer-facing experience through work that combined healthcare support and insurance tasks, including reservations and itinerary changes, refunds, and customer insurance verification using GDS systems. I’ve also supported medical administration and healthcare operations through scheduling, referrals, medication requests, internal documentation & data, and executive coordination.
Because I enjoy working with people across different environments, I’ve also handled English–Spanish interpretation for medical and business settings and worked in customer service and insurance sales—advising U.S. customers on insurance policies and managing inquiries while meeting sales and retention goals.
