I joined Kolay's team as part of Global Sales team, this company was looking for someone who could take care of a new branch on America, since they are Europe based.

It has been several great years of learning and challenging markets, for I have to be aware of what's happening all across americas continent and react accordingly.

I'm in charge of SalonAppy's software sales in America.

I approached this company with an Idea for a new sales area, an industry focused sales area who could sell car fleets on demand.

It was a big hit and we started to build and train our sales forces, reaching and positioning ourselves as a leading company on the market. Unfortunately Covid forces had us shut down this very promising project.

I joined Avis Car Rental team as part of desk sales forces and worked my way up to State Operations Manager position, always showing great disposition, helping my teammates to grow and securing our brand as the top provider in the region.

Trust, innovation and looking always for a way to help my team succeed was key to achieve success on this rol.

This rol was crucial for my Customer Service formation, for I learned to deal and help customer over a call center. It was surely challenging at the beginning since the human factor was missing, but learned many techniques that helped me to grow from a telemarketing position to Tech support and Account Management.

As a team we worked for big companies like Telmex and Carso Group.
