What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Operations role in an international SaaS or technology company. I enjoy building client relationships, solving complex problems, and improving customer outcomes. I'm looking for a company where I can grow, take ownership, and make a long-term impact.

I have 6.5 years of experience working in customer-facing roles for international companies, managing the full customer lifecycle across French- and English-speaking markets. Throughout my career, I have been the primary point of contact for clients, helping them resolve complex issues, improve product adoption, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain long-term relationships built on trust and responsiveness.

Working in remote, multicultural environments has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and work independently while collaborating effectively across departments. I enjoy analyzing recurring customer issues, identifying process improvements, and finding practical solutions that create better experiences for both customers and internal teams.

I am particularly interested in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Experience, and SaaS, where I can combine relationship building with problem solving and continuous improvement.
