What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can resolve issues quickly, communicate clearly, and uphold privacy and compliance standards—while using my sales and problem-solving strengths to improve the customer experience.

I’m a customer care agent who handles inbound customer chat conversations and clarifies issues to identify root causes. I follow strict HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and use basic medical terminology knowledge to help customers understand services and procedures with confidence.

I also bring hands-on experience from sales roles, where I performed frequent product demonstrations and kept customers and teams updated on the latest devices and technology. I activated both contract and prepaid wireless phones by inserting new SIM cards and batteries, and I processed payments and purchases using the POS system—especially during busy periods when extra support was needed.

Across retail and hospitality positions, I’ve built a strong foundation in fast, friendly customer service—taking orders, preparing meals, completing purchases, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
