I'm looking for an entry-level IT support, customer support, virtual assistant, or lead generation role where I can apply my hands-on training, keep growing, and use my structured problem-solving approach to deliver dependable, meaningful support.

I transitioned from a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering into IT support, customer support, and lead generation. My engineering background trained me to break down complex problems systematically, and that same rigor helps me approach technical issues, customer needs, and outreach strategy with clarity and efficiency.

I recently completed intensive IT Support, Customer Support, and Lead Generation training through Digital Witch IT Support Community, gaining hands-on experience with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Freshdesk, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Zapier, Calendly, and Apollo. This covered troubleshooting, ticket management, CRM workflows, workflow automation, email management, and prospecting and outreach for lead generation.

What I bring is a structured problem-solving mindset, genuine drive to diagnose and resolve issues, and practical experience across both technical support and business development functions. I'm equally comfortable troubleshooting a technical issue, managing a customer conversation, or building a lead generation pipeline, and I bring the same attention to detail and follow-through to each.

I'm looking to apply these skills in an entry-level technical support, customer support, virtual assistant, or lead generation role. I'm also open to internship and volunteering opportunities where I can continue growing while contributing to meaningful work.
