I’m transitioning from a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering into IT support and virtual assistance. My engineering background trained me to break down complex problems systematically, and that same rigor helps me approach technical issues with clarity and efficiency.

I’m currently building practical IT support skills through Digital Witch IT Support training. I’m focused on troubleshooting and learning how to support both hardware and software environments in a hands-on way.

What I bring is a structured problem-solving mindset and a genuine drive to diagnose and resolve technical issues. I’m also developing administrative skills so I can contribute beyond just troubleshooting when supporting day-to-day operations.

I’m looking to apply what I’ve been learning in an entry-level technical support, help desk, or virtual assistant role. I’m open to volunteering opportunities too—so I can keep growing my skills while contributing to meaningful work.
