I'm leading customer-facing operations at Tek-Experts, where I manage service delivery objectives, client relationships, KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and process improvements.
Previously, I managed Microsoft 365 Exchange Online support operations, trained engineers, tracked performance trends in Power BI, and worked with Microsoft to strengthen technical support delivery. I've also supported enterprise customers with Exchange Online, identity, security administration, Outlook, Azure account setup, migrations to Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
My earlier experience includes resolving customer account and data-usage issues at Swift Networks while using CRM tools and supporting sales outcomes. I also developed, tested, installed, and presented hospital EMR and ERP application requirements at Medismarts.
I bring a Mechanical Engineering background alongside experience in operations, technical support, customer management, data analysis, and team leadership. I enjoy solving everyday problems with the scientific method, public speaking, reading, teamwork, and football.
