What I'm looking for

I'm looking to solve complex technical and customer challenges, improve service processes, and help clients adopt and optimize business systems.

I deliver technical support and solution engineering for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Navision at Teknowledge Nigeria, supporting SaaS and on-premises environments across EMEA.

I diagnose complex functional and technical issues, develop scalable workarounds, and collaborate with product and engineering teams on fixes, enhancements, testing, and documentation.

I also support integrations involving APIs, Power Platform, and Azure services, while helping clients optimize supply chain processes across procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and order management.

Before this, I spent over a decade in Customer Experience at 9mobile Nigeria, resolving more than 400 high-value and corporate inquiries weekly, maintaining customer satisfaction above 85%, and turning feedback trends into long-term service improvements.
