I’m looking to grow in Human Resources, applying my onboarding, training, and workforce planning strengths to improve retention, support employee relations, and build inclusive, high-performing teams.

I’m a Training Specialist with a strong focus on onboarding, learning standards, and teamwork. I’m driven to launch and grow a career in Human Resources by improving how organizations develop, support, and retain people.

In my current role, I lead onboarding for new team members across a 36-hour program, helping maintain a 90% knowledge check retention rate. I advise senior leadership on turnover trends and initiated a 3-week employee survey that led to targeted actions addressing challenges like inadequate compensation and limited career growth opportunities.

I also developed and implemented a standardized Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) training program aligned with OSHA regulations, adopted across all 41 Target Distribution Centers nationwide. I guide benefits enrollment, 401(k) plans, and HR programs such as MyTime and Workday while supporting multiple departments for 154 team members.

Previously, as a Manager at Kyoto Sushi and Steakhouse, I coordinated recruitment, scheduling, and team-building for a diverse staff and ensured 100% audit scores on health and public safety inspections. That leadership foundation strengthens how I approach employee relations, compliance, and training with empathy, integrity, and practical process improvement.
