I’m looking for a role where I can lead employee relations and talent acquisition, improve workforce planning and scheduling, and ensure compliance—while building a supportive culture that drives operational excellence and retention.

I’m a Human Resources and Operations leader with 10+ years of experience across employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce management, compliance, onboarding, training, payroll administration, and organizational leadership. I build strong workplace cultures while driving operational excellence and supporting sustainable growth.

In transportation and logistics, I’ve owned day-to-day workforce scheduling, staffing adjustments, and route/operational coordination, while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and company safety requirements. I also support employee coaching, performance management, and corrective action processes to resolve issues early and keep teams aligned.

On the recruiting side, I’ve consistently delivered hiring outcomes—recruiting and onboarding 30+ CDL-A, CDL-B, and Non-CDL drivers monthly using applicant tracking systems and targeted sourcing. I coordinate onboarding workflows end-to-end, including orientation scheduling, background reviews, MVR evaluations, and drug testing/logistics.

Previously, I led a high-volume call center team of approximately 50 employees, strengthening employee engagement, performance, and retention through training, feedback, and workforce scheduling. Across all roles, I’m recognized for conflict resolution, HR compliance, KPI-driven performance analysis, and process improvement that makes operations run smoother.
