What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue growing in IT support, system administration, infrastructure, and programming while solving complex technical issues and delivering reliable user support.

I provide Tier 1 IT support at Asbury Automotive Group, resolving daily hardware, software, and network issues for more than 190 employees.

I manage user accounts, permissions, and network access through Active Directory, Cisco ISE, and Meraki. I also support Cisco Unity and CUCM phone systems, deploy equipment for employees, and manage service requests through SolarWinds.

Previously, at SMS Info comm.'s HP Computers Division, I repaired and built more than 10,000 computers across over 40 laptop, desktop, and tablet models. My repair work included hardware repairs, virus removal, operating system and software installation, and data recovery, with a repair success rate above 95%.

At Raintight General Contracting, I supported IT needs for more than 20 sales employees and implemented cloud and file-system infrastructure that increased efficiency by 50%. I bring 17 years of experience in system administration, technical support, infrastructure, and troubleshooting.
