Previously, I repaired and tested desktops and laptops at Discount Electronics, resolving hardware, operating system, malware, application, and network issues while managing roughly six diagnostic tickets daily. At J&J Worldwide Services, I supported Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, virtual machines, datacenter hardware, and remote support for more than 500 employees.
